Jaydeep, I really like the thoughts and analysis in this article.

However I think you comparison is not quite fair. In retail you are only looking at the end of the value chain, whereas in F&B retail you are including manufacture from the ingredients. The better multi-cuisine outlet for your comparison is a department store foodcourt or like Eataly in the US.
